The Mclaughlin Group...ha! Okay, seriously-- it's a close run between Battlestar Galactica and Deadwood, though I would say Deadwood definitely comes in first (I can't get enough violence and profanity). I also agree with Field that Scrubs is a pretty kick-butt show.

I can't decide between my two favorite: Everwood and Scrubs.
